Job summary

aCommerce is expanding its world-class business development team in Indonesia and is seeking a strategic Head of Business Development in Jakarta. You will work with decision-makers of global brands, shaping BD strategy, driving growth, and ensuring long-term relationships.

Lead end-to-end BD processes, manage CRM, and guide cross-functional teams to exceed sales targets. The role demands high intensity, KPI focus, and strong leadership in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales or marketing experience, with ecommerce exposure and lead generation focus.
• Experience in account management, advertising agency background is a plus.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business development process and drive improvements.
• Manage sales pipeline, account planning, CRM, and proposals to hit targets.
• Onboard customers on time and within budget; pitch new opportunities.
• Develop Indonesia-specific strategies to drive growth and reach KPIs.
• Coordinate commercial activities to meet budget, cost, and volume targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
