Intrepid Asia is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager based in Jakarta to drive forward our marketing services. You will own relationships with leading Brand partners, manage top-tier digital campaigns across marketplaces and social platforms, and align strategies with client objectives to maximize ecommerce growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or related fields.
• 4+ years digital marketing/e-commerce experience.
• Must know marketplace marketing (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok Shop).
• Experience in client management.
• Experience in Facebook and TikTok Ads.
• Knowledge of full-funnel brand activation/strategy.
• Experience in media planning, budgeting, optimization, and 3rd party negotiations.
• Experience in tracking (GA, GTM, Facebook Pixel, UTM, Campaign Manager).
• Strong analytical skills with data focus.
• Fluent in English.
• Marketing Certifications on Meta/Google/TikTok etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead on account clusters with executives reporting to you.
• Manage client relationships and ensure execution.
• Lead full-funnel brand strategy across channels (video, livestream, affiliates).
• Oversee campaign setup, strategy, optimization for KPI across Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Google Shopping, social CPAS.
• Develop marketing plans, KPIs and ongoing reporting.
• Manage revenue delivery and budget spending with real-time targeting recommendations.
• Create A/B testing frameworks.
• Analyze performance and share insights with clients.
