Intrepid Asia seeks an experienced Category Manager to drive top-line and bottom-line growth for our brand portfolio in Indonesia. You will mentor key account managers, collaborate with leading brands and platforms, and implement initiatives to optimize e-commerce performance.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure execution excellence, actively manage inventory and pricing, and use data-driven insights to deliver sustained growth across Southeast Asia.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of ecommerce experience in category management or brand partnerships.
• Experience in retail business & category management is needed.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities.

Aufgaben

• Own GMV and GP1 targets for the assigned brand portfolio.
• Lead commercial excellence projects to improve service quality and processes.
• Analyze sales performance and advise clients on growth levers.
• Forecast demand and manage stock availability to optimize performance.
• Plan PO, fills rates, safety stock, and avoid stockouts.
• Ensure pricing competitiveness and execute promotional schemes.
• Lead a team of KAMs and develop capabilities.
• Collaborate with Operations, CX, Design & Merchandising, Finance, and Social Commerce.
