Job summary

Miomio Squishy is an expanding e-commerce brand seeking an E-Commerce Operations Assistant to manage marketplace operations and support sales and marketing activities.

You will oversee Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia listings, monitor performance, run promos, and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth order flow. We value creativity, independence, basic English, and a proactive mindset as you help grow the brand through marketplace strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience managing marketplaces, particularly Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia.
• Understand e-commerce and marketplace operations basics.
• Creative, initiative-taking, and well-organized in carrying out work.
• Good problem-solving ability.
• Passionate about marketing, especially digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Thorough, responsible, and able to work independently and in teams.
• Able to work with targets and have a desire to continue learning and developing.
• Basic English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor marketplace operations (Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia)
• Manage product listings, including product updates, prices, stock, vouchers, and other information
• Ensure product appearance and information on marketplaces are always attractive, complete, and up to date
• Monitor sales performance and marketplace activities regularly
• Help run promo programs, campaigns, flash sales, and marketplace marketing activities
• Coordinate with related teams to ensure orders and marketplace operations run smoothly
• Help analyze product and campaign performance to find opportunities for sales improvement
• Follow marketplace trends and e-commerce strategy developments to support brand growth
• Handle other marketplace operational needs as required
