Job summary

theAsianparent in Jakarta is seeking a hands-on eCommerce Senior Associate to own the end-to-end operations for Shopee SG and contribute to growth on TikTok Shop and Kris Shop. This hybrid role requires strong data skills and the ability to collaborate with our Singapore team.

You will manage product listings, optimize on-platform ads, coordinate promotions, monitor campaigns, and ensure stock levels. You will analyze marketplace data to drive GMV while keeping margins healthy and delivering

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in eCommerce with hands-on marketplace ops.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
• English fluency; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong ownership and independent working style.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketplace operations for Shopee SG.
• Drive GMV through ads optimization and pricing alignment.
• Coordinate promotions, campaigns and ensure stock levels.
• Analyze data to improve performance and report results.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment to Singapore customers.
