Job summary

PT NEW CORAL SEA is seeking a results-driven E-commerce Operations Specialist to lead daily activities across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and other platforms. You will plan monthly targets, campaigns, and product launches while coordinating with Marketing, Inventory, and Logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.

You should have 3+ years of e-commerce experience in Indonesia, with hands-on Shopee Seller Centre knowledge and a knack for data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations in Indonesia.
• Hands-on experience managing Shopee Seller Centre and its promotional tools.
• Experience with TikTok Shop and Tokopedia is a plus.
• Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, Oral Care, or Consumer Products is preferred.
• Strong analytical and sales skills with experience managing GMV and sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Independent, proactive, and target-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and sales performance across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Plan and execute monthly sales targets, campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Monitor sales performance and key metrics such as GMV, Traffic, CTR, CVR, AOV, and ROAS.
• Optimize product listings, pricing, store appearance, and promotions to increase sales and conversion.
• Coordinate with Marketing, KOL/Creator, Inventory, and Logistics teams to support campaigns and order fulfillment.
• Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve sales and market performance.
