Job summary

PT Mee Home Intelligence is seeking an energetic E-Commerce/Marketplace Specialist to develop and manage our online store across Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop from 0 to 1, including catalog setup, launches, and promotions.

You will optimize performance, handle product data, campaigns, promotions, and customer service, and work with Marketing, Warehouse, and Design teams to hit sales targets and improve GMV.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: D3/S1, preferably in Administration, Marketing, Business.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as E-Commerce/Marketplace Specialist or similar.
• Understanding of marketplace platforms: Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop.
• Experience with campaign features, vouchers, promotions, and marketplace ads.
• Ability to analyze GMV, Conversion Rate, CTR, CPC, ROAS, AOV and prepare reports.
• Experience in consumer electronics or related fields is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Meticulous, proactive, time management, and ownership of store performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch online store from initial stage (0–1) across multiple marketplaces.
• Manage product catalog including info, pricing, stock, photos, descriptions, and variations.
• Plan and execute campaigns and promotions (vouchers, flash sales, bundles, Payday).
• Monitor order processing, payments, shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
• Provide marketplace customer service with quick, professional solutions.
• Analyze store performance and develop strategies to increase sales and retention.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Warehouse, Packing, and Design teams; support Live Shopping and campaigns.
