Job summary

Evolene Group in Indonesia seeks a Marketplace Specialist to manage daily operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia and other platforms, and to plan live streaming campaigns that boost traffic, engagement, and sales.

You will optimize product listings, promotions, vouchers, bundles, and marketplace campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations while coordinating with hosts and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years in Marketplace, E-Commerce, live streaming, or digital commerce.
• Familiar with Shopee Seller Center and TikTok Shop Seller Center.
• Understanding campaigns, vouchers, flash sales, affiliate and live commerce.
• Comfortable analyzing traffic, conversion rate, GMV, and other metrics.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong coordination and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily marketplace operations across platforms.
• Plan and execute live streaming activities to boost traffic and sales.
• Coordinate with hosts and KOL to run campaigns smoothly.
• Monitor performance metrics like traffic, orders, GMV, and campaign results.
• Optimize listings, promotions, vouchers, bundles, and campaigns.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated on marketplace features and industry trends.
