Job summary

HYMA Indonesia is recruiting an E-Commerce Marketplace Operations Staff to oversee daily Shopee and TikTok Shop activities. You will ensure accurate listings, monitor promotions, and coordinate campaigns to optimize GMV and ROAS.

The role requires strong attention to detail, quick learning, and the ability to work with Design/Content for promotional assets. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in Shopee and/or TikTok Shop is a plus.
• Understanding of Seller Center, Product Management, Campaign, Promotion, Voucher, and Ads is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and responsive with strong execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Shopee and TikTok Shop stores.
• Create and optimize product listings (titles, variations, prices, stock, descriptions).
• Register and manage campaigns, promotions, vouchers, and other promotional programs.
