Job summary

PT Omoway Technology Indonesia is seeking a capable E-commerce Supervisor to lead daily marketplace operations and drive sales across Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop and other channels. You will oversee the E-Commerce team, plan campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate with Marketing, Warehouse and Finance to ensure seamless operations.

The role requires 2–3 years in e-commerce, at least 1 year in leadership, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace.
• 1 year in supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, online sales, digital promotions, and e-commerce strategy.
• Experience managing platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop or similar marketplaces.
• Familiar with marketplace campaign management, ads/promotions, product optimization, and sales analytics.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and monitor team performance.
• Target-oriented, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; experience with e-commerce analytics tools is a plus.
• Automotive experience and Mandarin proficiency are plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily e-commerce and marketplace operations.
• Lead and monitor the E-Commerce team to achieve sales targets.
• Manage marketplace performance across Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop and other channels.
• Plan and execute online sales campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rate, orders and other metrics.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior and competitor activities to improve sales.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Warehouse, Customer Care, and Finance for smooth operations.
• Monitor product listings, pricing, stock, promotions, and reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion and online revenue.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
