Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Interact with customers via live chat with excellent clear and concise communication skills.
• Assist customer's needs with product selection, order placement, order replacement, returns, cancellation, shipping, return or refund and issues resolutions.
• Coordinating customers concerns to all the department such product team, e-commerce operation, finance, etc
• Follow up negative reviews, OOS issue, etc
