Job summary

Hebe Beauty Indonesia is hiring an entry-level customer service associate to engage customers through live chat, help with product selection, and process orders, returns, and refunds. You will coordinate with product, operations, and finance teams to resolve issues, monitor reviews, and ensure a smooth shopping experience across Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

Fresh graduates are welcome; strong communication and a can-do attitude are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible to build positive interaction with customers via live chat with excellent clear and concise communication skills.
• Assist customer’s needs with product selection, order placement, order replacement, returns, cancellation, shipping, return or refund and issues resolutions.
• Coordinating customers concerns to all the department such product team, e-commerce operation, finance, etc
• Follow up negative reviews, OOS issue, etc

Requirements
