Job summary

PT Lets Cosmetic Indonesia is seeking a freelance ecommerce customer service agent to handle inquiries via Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada. You will provide product and order information, manage returns and refunds, and coordinate with operations to resolve cases while maintaining fast response times.

The role requires good written communication, problem-solving, and a customer-focused approach, with willingness to adapt to campaigns and varying shifts across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with Shopee/TikTok/Lazada Seller Center is an advantage.
• Good written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Patient, responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Able to manage multiple conversations efficiently.
• Experience with beauty or cosmetics products is a plus.
• Available to work according to a freelance schedule.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, promotions, order status, shipping, and delivery.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, refunds, and other after-sales inquiries.
• Follow up on unresolved cases and coordinate with the internal operations team when needed.
• Maintain good response times, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Support customer service coverage during agreed working hours, including campaign periods when scheduled.
