Job summary

PT. Lila Sehat Teknologi Medis is seeking a customer service specialist to handle inquiries, complaints, and requests across marketplace platforms and social media.

You will provide product and order information, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-up to maintain high customer satisfaction. The role requires at least 1 year in customer service, familiarity with Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada and similar platforms, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace.
• Familiar with platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through marketplace platforms and social media.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, prices, promotions, orders, payments, and delivery.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, refunds, and order-related issues.
• Respond to customers promptly, politely, and professionally.
• Follow up on customer issues until they are properly resolved.
• Coordinate with relevant teams such as Warehouse, E‑Commerce, and Finance to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain good customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Record and update customer service data and reports.
• Maintain a positive company image when communicating with customers.
