FACETOLOGY is seeking an Admin E-Commerce CS in Jakarta to handle customer chats on Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and more. You will manage orders, payments, refunds, and product details, while keeping precise records of every interaction.

The role requires at least a Diploma or BA, e-commerce experience, strong communication, platform familiarity, and willingness to work shifts including weekends during campaigns.

Formación

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in customer service for e-commerce.
• Familiar with major platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada).
