Job summary

Hebe Beauty Indonesia is hiring an entry-level customer service associate to engage customers through live chat, help with product selection, and process orders, returns, and refunds. You will coordinate with product, operations, and finance teams to resolve issues, monitor reviews, and ensure a smooth shopping experience across Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

Fresh graduates are welcome; strong communication and a can-do attitude are essential.

Qualifications

Fresh graduate with any Bachelor's degree.
Experience in customer service is advantageous.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Internet savvy.
Flexible and fast learner.
Outgoing and persuasive personality.
Familiar with Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada platforms.

Responsibilities

Build positive interactions with customers via live chat with clear communication.
Assist customers with product selection, order placement, returns, refunds, and shipping issues.
Coordinate customers' concerns with product, e-commerce operations, and finance teams.
Follow up on negative reviews and stock issues (OOS).
