Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital sales.
• Proven track record of developing and executing e-commerce strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of major Indonesian e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Blibli) and marketplace dynamics.
• Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online consumer behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies across multiple digital platforms to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Manage relationships with major e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, negotiating terms and optimizing product listings.
• Oversee product catalogue management, ensuring accurate descriptions, compelling imagery, and competitive pricing across all online channels.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
• Monitor KPIs and analytics to measure e-commerce effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.
• Identify and evaluate new e-commerce opportunities and emerging digital sales channels.
• Develop and mentor e-commerce team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage e-commerce budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including platform managers and logistics providers.
