• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital sales.

• Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online consumer behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies across multiple digital platforms to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Manage relationships with major e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, negotiating terms and optimizing product listings.
• Oversee product catalogue management, ensuring accurate descriptions, compelling imagery, and competitive pricing across all online channels.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
• Monitor KPIs and analytics to measure e-commerce effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.
• Identify and evaluate new e-commerce opportunities and emerging digital sales channels.
• Develop and mentor e-commerce team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

As E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce strategies that accelerate sales growth, enhance customer engagement, and establish Midea as a leading electronics brand across digital channels. This role is pivotal in bridging traditional retail excellence with innovative digital commerce solutions, positioning you at the forefront of our business transformation and market expansion.

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing e-commerce strategies that have driven significant revenue growth
• Strong knowledge of major Indonesian e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Blibli) and marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online consumer behaviour
• Outstanding relationship management and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in building and developing high-performing teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with e-commerce management systems
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable business plans
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
