Job summary

Placement: South Jakarta - SCBD. The ideal candidate holds a BS/MS in business administration, has proven experience as an ecommerce sales manager, and can drive the sales process from plan to close with strong leadership and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative e-commerce manager
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Responsibilities

• Optimizing product listings: Crafting titles with relevant keywords, creating attractive product images, and writing informative descriptions to improve search ranking and conversion.
• Managing campaigns and promotions: Running paid ads, flash sales, vouchers, and other promotional strategies to boost traffic and sales.
• Analyzing performance: Monitoring sales data, customer behavior, and marketplace trends to adjust strategies and improve ROI.
• Cross-platform management: Coordinating operations across multiple marketplaces and aligning with marketing or creative teams for brand growth

Education

BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
