You will develop and execute campaigns across social, search, email, and display channels, using data-driven insights to boost engagement and ROI. The role collaborates with product, sales and creative teams and requires fluency in English and Indonesian.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or related field.
• 2–4 years of digital marketing experience with proven online campaign success.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager.
• Strong SEO/SEM understanding and best practices.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation and attention to detail.
• Experience with CMS and basic HTML knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search and display advertising.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct keyword research and optimise website content for SEO and organic traffic.
• Create engaging digital content including copy, graphics and video.
• Manage social media accounts, scheduling and community engagement.
• Collaborate with product, sales and creative teams for campaign alignment.
• Identify emerging digital marketing trends and recommend innovations.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources across channels.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
