Job summary

PT Inti Citra Agung (Optik Melawai) seeks an experienced E-Commerce Department Head to steer the online business and marketplace operations in Indonesia. You will drive sales, GMV, and profitability while shaping strategy across platforms.

You will lead a team to implement campaigns, optimize performance metrics, and foster partnerships with marketplace partners and agencies in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in E-Commerce with managerial/leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, e-commerce strategy, sales and commercial performance.
• Proven track record in driving online sales, GMV and business growth.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on, result-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail, consumer, beauty, health, or related industries is a plus.

This role is responsible for managing e-commerce performance, sales growth, marketplace operations, and developing strategies to maximize online business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
