Job summary

MGMI Career Portal is seeking an empathetic E-Commerce Marketplace CS to cover maternity leave. You will reply to customer inquiries across Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Blibli, provide product guidance, and help resolve order issues while upholding SOPs.

You will also pursue sales opportunities by following up on abandoned carts and informing customers about campaigns, promotions, and stock status. Strong Indonesian language and typing speed are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum education in SMA/SMK, D3, or S1; final-year students and fresh graduates encouraged.
• Proficient with chat features and Seller Center dashboards across major platforms.
• Basic Excel/Sheets for daily reporting and fast, accurate typing.
• Customer-oriented with high empathy and patience in handling inquiries.
• Initiative, responsiveness, and clear communication in Indonesian.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer messages across marketplaces quickly and warmly per SOPs.
• Provide education and consultation on mGanik products tailored to customer needs.
• Resolve order issues, cancellations, refunds, coordinating with logistics.
• Inform customers about promos and campaigns; follow up on abandoned carts.
• Log daily issues and maintain an admin recap; escalate complex problems.
