Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group is recruiting a Sales Promoter Leader to drive area sales performance in Indonesia. You will supervise four Sales Promoter Leaders and roughly eighty promoters, visiting merchants daily to ensure target programs run smoothly.

Responsibilities include coordinating with partner teams, promoting in-store materials, and training field staff to boost effectiveness and data accuracy in daily promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years in a related role.
• Experience in sales - financial services or equivalent preferred.

• Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field issues
• Handle arround 4 Sales Promoter Leaders with around 80 Sales promoters
• Monitor daily activities of Promoters
• Conducting field team training and refreshment training for promoter
• Monitoring data 1st billing by promoter and by merchant

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel
