Job summary

Indodana is seeking a field sales leader in Indonesia to drive area sales targets and oversee a team of Sales Promoter Leaders and promoters. You will conduct daily merchant visits, ensure program execution, and coordinate with partner operations to track performance and field issues.

The role includes in-store promotion placement, training of field teams, and monitoring promoter billing data to ensure targets are met. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder required.
• 2+ years in sales/financial services or related field preferred.
• Staff level (non-management) experience in sales or field teams a plus.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area.
• Daily visit to merchant.
• Ensure programs in the area meet sales targets.
• Place POP materials in stores as required.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams for sales, competitor, and field information.
• Manage around 4 Sales Promoter Leaders with about 80 promoters.
• Monitor daily activities of Promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training for promoters.
• Monitor 1st billing data by promoter and merchant.
