Mastercard is seeking a commercially minded payments professional to join our Customer Solutions Centre in Indonesia. This role drives specialist solution sales across the Consumer & Digital Payments portfolio, translating capabilities into tangible business value for issuers.

You will collaborate with account management, product and marketing teams to develop integrated value propositions and support client engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in payments, financial services, consumer banking, or digital payments in Indonesia.
• Deep understanding of the Indonesian payments ecosystem, including issuers, acquirers, schemes and fintechs.
• Experience in customer-facing commercial, business development, partnership, product, or solution sales roles.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsabilités

• Drive specialist solution sales across Mastercard's Consumer & Digital Payments portfolio.
• Engage with financial institution clients to translate Mastercard capabilities into business value.
• Develop and present integrated value propositions combining card products and digital payment solutions.
• Support issuers in adopting and scaling digital payment capabilities.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Business Development, Product, Marketing, Delivery and Services teams.
• Maintain clear visibility of pipeline, opportunities, dependencies, and risks.
• Ensure end-to-end execution of domestic card benefits in country.
