Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a commercially minded payments professional to join our Customer Solutions Centre team in Indonesia. This role supports the growth and go-to-market execution of Mastercard's Consumer & Digital Solutions business, helping issuers strengthen their card portfolios, enhance customer propositions and accelerate digital payment adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in payments, financial services, consumer banking or digital payments in Indonesia.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian payments ecosystem and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Drive specialist solution sales across Consumer & Digital Payments portfolio.
• Engage with financial institution clients to translate capabilities into business value and measurable outcomes.
• Develop and present integrated value propositions to support issuer growth and customer acquisition.
• Assist issuers in adopting and scaling digital payment capabilities such as tokenization and digital wallets.
• Partner with Account Management and Business Development to support client engagements and proposals.
• Create and maintain high-quality sales enablement materials (presentations, narratives, insights).
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Delivery and Services for readiness and successful launches.
• Monitor market dynamics and identify opportunities for product enhancement and growth.
