Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a commercially minded payments professional to join our Customer Solutions Centre in Indonesia. The Director, Specialist Sales will drive specialist solution sales across Consumer & Digital Payments, collaborate with issuers, and translate capabilities into measurable business value.

The role requires deep knowledge of cards, wallets, and digital commerce, plus strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in payments, financial services, or digital payments in Indonesia.
• Strong stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Drive specialist solution sales across Mastercard’s Consumer & Digital Payments portfolio.
• Engage with financial institution clients to translate capabilities into business value.
• Develop integrated value propositions to support issuer growth and acquisition.
• Support adoption of digital payment capabilities including wallets and tokenisation.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Business Development, and Product teams to enable delivery.
