Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a commercially minded payments professional to join our Customer Solutions Centre in Indonesia. The role focuses on growing Mastercard's Consumer & Digital Solutions, helping issuers strengthen card portfolios and accelerate digital payment adoption.

You will work with Account Management, Product teams and Marketing to translate capabilities into practical customer solutions and measurable outcomes, from pre-sales to implementation, in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in payments, financial services, consumer banking, or digital payments in Indonesia.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian payments ecosystem and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Drive specialist solution sales across Mastercard's Consumer & Digital Payments portfolio.
• Engage with financial institution clients to translate capabilities into clear business value.
• Develop and present integrated value propositions that support issuer growth and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution readiness and successful launches.
• Maintain clear visibility of pipeline activity, opportunities, dependencies and risks.
