Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Surabaya Pemuda Branch is seeking an experienced collections professional for a fixed-term, full-time role within the Risk Management Group. The position focuses on achieving productivity targets, performing customer visits, and enforcing collection conduct.

• Proven track record in collections and handling customer negotiations.

To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.
