Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the collections field.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
• Previous experience within the banking industry or similar industry.
• Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to new processes and systems.
• Positive attitude with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
• Ownership of results with strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Proven track record in collections and handling customer negotiations.

Responsibilities

• To achieve productivity targets and team targets as assigned by management.
• Conduct visits to customers based on assignment and provide information accurately and clearly.
• Implement code of conduct in collection activity.
• Inform the supervisor or manager to investigate suspected/fraud accounts.
