Job summary

PT Bank DBS Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented professional for its Surabaya Pemuda Branch to support the Risk Management Group. The role focuses on collections, adherence to conduct, and investigating suspected or fraudulent accounts. It is a fixed-term, full-time position within a large regional bank.

The candidate should have 3-5 years in collections, banking experience preferred, and the ability to work independently while meeting targets and maintaining customer relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the collections field.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
• Previous experience within the banking industry or similar industry.
• Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to new processes and systems.
• Positive Attitude: Demonstrates a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
• Ownership of Results: Strong sense of responsibility and accountability for achieving targets.
• Proven track record in the collections field, with experience handling collections processes and customer negotiations.

Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks. we provide independent review and challenge to business to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk/return decision. in additional, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• To achieve productivity target and team target according responsibility assignment from management
