Job summary

PT Bukit Muria Jaya seeks a Business Process Engineer to analyze, map, and optimize core business processes across departments. You will bridge process optimization with technical support, assisting digital transformation initiatives and ensuring smooth operational workflows.

You will analyze and improve processes, document requirements, develop process maps and SOPs, support digital transformation, and assist in project execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong analytical skills, technical aptitude, and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
• Core proficiency in Business Process Analysis, Process Mapping, Documentation, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Methodologies and awareness of Process Automation/Digitalization.
• Hands-on capability in Basic Troubleshooting, Technical Support, and Business Applications/Systems Support.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with QlikSense and SAP is highly preferred.
• Strong project management, coordination, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve business processes across departments to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Gather and document business requirements through discussions with process owners and key stakeholders.
• Develop process maps, workflow documentation, SOPs, and related process documentation.
• Support business process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Assist senior team members in project execution, process analysis, system implementation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to end users, including troubleshooting basic system, application, and technology-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues and successful project delivery.
• Monitor process performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
