Job summary

You will lead on-floor Kaizen and audits, organize a real-time project Command Center, and train teams to embed lean practices, quality, and safety into daily work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, chemical, or mechanical engineering.
• 3–5 years of CI, QA, or compliance in manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• ISO internal auditor certification.
• Strong root-cause analysis and data-tools proficiency.
• Must reside in Kudus, Central Java.

Responsibilities

• Translate CI and compliance targets into actionable plant milestones.
• Lead on-floor Kaizen, 5S events, and DMAIC projects to cut waste.
• Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Lead ISO audits (9001, 14001, 45001) and ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with dept heads to simplify SOPs into clear work instructions.
• Monitor CAPA actions to completion with verification.
• Maintain a real-time Command Center for strategic projects.
• Create a centralized digital repository for audit-ready data.
• Launch campaigns to embed continuous improvement into daily practice.
• Coach operators and supervisors in lean tools on the floor.
