Job summary

DKSH Group in Jakarta is seeking a Business Processes Transformation Senior Specialist to drive end-to-end process improvements and digital transformation across TEC countries. You will analyse, redesign, and optimize business processes to boost efficiency and performance.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead SAP/Salesforce integrations, and manage projects from requirements to change management, ensuring governance and data-driven decisions align with BU TEC's growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, industrial engineering, or equivalent major.
• Min 4 years of ERP (SAP SD & MM) and Salesforce experience in a sales-focused organization.
• Understand BPMN and business process modelling techniques.
• Hands-on experience in process transformation or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of sales processes and project management principles.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Ability to learn quickly with new tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage data across PIM, Salesforce and other integrated apps, ensuring accuracy.
• Provide end-user support and drive system improvements.
• Deliver user training to increase adoption of business systems.
• Contribute to SAP-connected digital solutions to enhance processes.
• Manage SAP enhancements, workflows, and automation.
• Lead projects across multiple markets within scope and resources.
• Monitor process performance through data analysis and reporting.
• Foster stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support change management activities including communication and training.
• Provide leadership to project teams and promote continuous improvement.
