Job summary

PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk is seeking a Business Process Improvement professional to map and analyze processes end-to-end, identify gaps, and drive data-powered improvements. You will collaborate with Product/Technology teams to digitalize processes and create clear SOPs and business requirements.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience in related fields, with strong skills in process mapping, data analysis, and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business/Management, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Business Analysis, Supply Chain, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping, process improvement, root cause analysis, and data analysis.
• Able to develop process flows, SOPs, work instructions, and business requirements, with an understanding of logistics and digitalization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint; strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end business process mapping and analysis to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop data-driven process improvement recommendations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Identify opportunities for process digitalization and automation in collaboration with Product/Technology teams.
• Develop and improve business process documentation with relevant departments.
• Monitor improvement initiatives and projects, including progress, issues, and benefit realization.
