Job summary

PT Karya Putra Sangkuriang is seeking a Process Engineer to analyse production processes, identify bottlenecks, and design improved flows that boost productivity and cut costs.

You’ll collaborate with production, QA, and maintenance; conduct feasibility studies; prepare technical docs; implement changes; train staff; and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in process engineering and a related degree, with lean and modelling software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of process engineering or process improvement experience.
• Strong knowledge of process design, optimisation and lean manufacturing.
• Proficiency with process modelling and simulation software.
• Experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma or Kaizen).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication.
• English and Indonesian language skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyse production processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design new process flows and procedures to boost productivity and cut costs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare technical documentation for changes.
• Collaborate with production, QA, and maintenance teams.
• Implement changes and monitor performance to meet targets.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to staff.
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Provide staff training on new processes and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.
