Job description

We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Deputy Operation Manager to support and strengthen our nationwide operations. This role is responsible for overseeing and improving operational performance across Warehouse & Inventory, Logistics, Export-Import (EXIM), Procurement, and Branch Operations throughout Indonesia. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, operational discipline, and the ability to identify problems, verify information independently, and drive corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

Oversee inventory accuracy, stock movement, warehouse management, stock audits, and compliance with operational procedures

Supervise domestic distribution, transportation, import-export activities, customs documentation, and logistics efficiency

Monitor warehouse and operational activities across company branches and repacking centers throughout Indonesia

Ensure effective purchasing processes, supplier management, cost control, and timely availability of materials

Establish and enforce SOPs, internal controls, operational safety standards, and accountability across departments

Conduct operational reviews, identify inefficiencies and risks, verify reported information, and implement measurable improvements

Supervise operational teams, evaluate performance, enforce discipline, and ensure timely resolution of operational issues

About you

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, EXIM, or Procurement, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

Strong practical experience in at least one of the following areas: Warehouse & Inventory Management, Logistics & EXIM, or Procurement, with a good understanding of end-to-end operational processes

Experience in manufacturing, distribution, FMCG, chemicals, or companies with multiple branches is highly preferred

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and oversee operations across multiple locations

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and attention to detail

Capable of conducting independent operational verification, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions

Familiar with inventory management systems, ERP, operational reporting, and Microsoft Excel

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Willing to travel frequently to factories, warehouses, and branches across Indonesia
