Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across warehouse, inventory, logistics, delivery, administration and related functions.
The role requires 3–5 years in managerial operations, with strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/ERP, and the ability to coordinate Sales, Finance, HR and Head Office to meet branch targets while maintaining high service levels.
This position will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the overall day-to-day operations of the branch, covering warehouse, inventory, logistics & delivery, finance coordination, and people management.
The role will ensure that branch operations run efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company standards, while maintaining excellent service levels for customers and supporting the achievement of branch business targets.
Oversee the overall day-to-day operational activities of the branch, including warehouse, inventory, logistics, delivery, administration, and supporting functions.
Ensure all branch operational processes are executed effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with company SOPs.
Monitor branch operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Establish priorities and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth branch operations.
Act as the key operational point of contact between the branch and Head Office.
Manage and monitor inventory control activities, including stock opname, stock accuracy, stock aging, damaged/expired goods, and inventory movement.
Ensure inventory records and physical stock are accurate and properly reconciled.
Monitor warehouse capacity, storage utilization, product handling, and housekeeping.
Oversee the delivery process from warehouse to customers to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery.
Monitor delivery performance, including delivery achievement, route effectiveness, vehicle utilization, and delivery productivity.
Ensure all delivery activities comply with required administrative and documentation requirements.
Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure orders are properly prepared and delivered according to customer requirements.
Identify delivery issues and develop corrective actions to improve service levels.
Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) performance in coordination with the Finance team.
Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure issues affecting collection are properly escalated and addressed.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managerial positions within Branch Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, Supply Chain, or Distribution.
Previous experience as Branch Operations Manager, Branch Head, Distribution Manager, Warehouse & Logistics Manager, or equivalent is highly preferred.
Experience managing multiple operational functions and teams, particularly warehouse and logistics/delivery.
Experience in FMCG Distribution is highly preferred.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across Sales, Finance, HR, Warehouse, Logistics, and Head Office.
Detail-oriented, target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Strong ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
Willing to be placed in any of the company's operational areas across Java or Sulawesi.
Candidates with experience in companies involving FMCG distribution, consumer goods, wholesale distribution, logistics, or multi-branch distribution operations would be particularly relevant.
