Job summary

DKSH Indonesia is seeking a Senior Administrator Distribution Center Operations to support SCM administration and ensure efficient warehouse operations in Bekasi. You will monitor SAP transactions, manage documentation, and coordinate temperature mapping and calibration data.

The role requires a Diploma/Certificate in SCM or related field and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with basic knowledge of SHE/GMP/HACCP and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Basic knowledge of warehousing, distribution and supply chain management.
• Minimum 1–2 years in a similar role.
• Fluency in local language; English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration support across SCM to ensure efficient execution of the supply chain.
• Monitor SAP transactions related to inbound, issuance, inbound, and dispatch of goods.
• File and maintain documents; report non-compliance to SOPs and standards (GMP, HACCP, IPM, GWP, SHE).
• Coordinate equipment and calibration data for temperature mapping; monitor cold room parameters.
• Prepare billings/invoices and supporting documents; collaborate with internal teams.

Senior Administrator Distribution Center Operations

Provide administration support across Supply Chain Management to ensure the efficient execution of the supply chain including documentation, record keeping, cold room management, temperature mapping and billings

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
• Perform daily checking and monitoring of SAP transactions on inbound, issuance and inbound, and dispatch of goods
• Initiate report on all problems i.e. quality incidents on material, property damages and any deviations noted in day-to-day operations
• File properly and maintain necessary documents; report non-compliance to standard operating procedures and standards (i.e. GMP, HACCP, IPM, GWP, SHE)
• Coordinate all the necessary equipment and calibration data for temperature mapping exercise
• Check cold room parameters such as temperature logger, humidity, defrosting etc. during transport and storage and report any issues arising
• Prepare billings/invoices (including credit/debit memos, claims) and necessary supporting documents for processing
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Supply Chain, QSHE and Finance) to gather and verify information
• Diploma/certificate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or other related fields
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of warehousing, distribution, transport and supply chain management
• Minimum one to two years' experience in similar role
• Demonstrate working knowledge on safety, health and environment (SHE) programs, good warehousing practices, good manufacturing practices, hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP) systems
• Demonstrate basic knowledge in process and cost optimization
• Proven numeracy and quantitative analysis
• Demonstrate knowledge in warehouse management systems (ideally SAP)
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
