PT Chemarome Indonesia seeks a hands-on Deputy Operations Manager to strengthen nationwide operations. You will oversee Warehouse & Inventory, Logistics, EXIM, Procurement, and Branch Ops across Indonesia, driving improvements and ensuring discipline and safety.

The role requires a bachelor's in a related field and at least 5 years in operations, with 2+ years in supervision. Travel to factories, warehouses, and branches is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, EXIM or Procurement.
• At least 2 years in supervision/management.
• Experience across multiple locations and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock movement, and warehouse processes.
• Supervise domestic distribution, import-export activities, and logistics.
• Monitor operations across branches and repacking centers.
• Ensure purchasing processes, supplier management, and cost control.
• Establish SOPs, internal controls, and safety standards.
• Conduct operational reviews, identify risks, and drive improvements.
• Lead operational teams and resolve issues in a timely manner.
