Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim in Manado is seeking a Delivery Supervisor to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries and exceptional customer service. You will oversee daily transportation operations and collaborate with 3PL partners to achieve safe, compliant logistics and accurate inventory.

You will optimize delivery planning, manage 3PL relationships, and drive cost efficiency while upholding safety and regulatory standards across all logistics activities. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, distribution or supply chain operations.
• Experience coordinating with 3PL providers and transportation vendors is an advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation with commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Solid understanding of transportation operations and logistics execution.
• Knowledge of operational safety and product handling requirements.
