Watsons Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to manage end-to-end fulfillment, from wave creation to order handover, in a fast-paced environment. You will plan manpower, monitor SLA performance, and drive continuous improvement.
You will supervise picking activities, ensure SOP compliance, coordinate with Inventory and Supply Chain teams, and resolve shortages and system issues while preparing daily reports and coaching the team.
Lead end-to-end fulfillment operations, including wave creation, picking, checking, consolidation, and order handover.
Plan and allocate manpower, workloads, and shift schedules based on operational requirements.
Monitor order volume, productivity, fulfillment accuracy, outstanding orders, and SLA performance.
Supervise picking activities and ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Coordinate with Inventory, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to resolve fulfillment and inventory-related issues.
Investigate and resolve shortages, discrepancies, system issues, and order exceptions.
Prepare daily operational reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct team briefings, performance monitoring, coaching, and staff development.

Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Warehouse, Fulfillment, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of fulfillment processes, outbound operations, and workforce planning.
Familiar with WMS and Microsoft Excel.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Willing to work shifts if required.
