PT Sinar Jernih Suksesindo is seeking a logistics coordinator to monitor and coordinate operations, ensuring timely loading, shipping, and delivery of shipments. You will oversee fleet tracking, enforce SLA standards, and coordinate with the operations team to maintain smooth transport flows.

The role requires 1 year in logistics or related fields, proficiency with TMS or fleet monitoring apps, and willingness to work shifts/overtime. Strong communication and quick decision-making are essential.

Formación

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Transportation/Logistics/Management/Engineering or SMA with Command Center/Control Tower experience.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in logistics, transportation, or operations.
• Accustomed to working with SLA/time targets and understand logistics flow (loading, shipping, unloading).
• Able to use fleet monitoring applications or TMS (Transport Management System).
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to make quick decisions in dynamic conditions.
• Good communication skills and able to coordinate with various parties.
• Willing to work shifts or overtime if required.

Responsabilidades

• Inform transporters to immediately input unit data that has not yet been entered.
• Ensure OTA, OTL, OTD, and OTU compliance with SLA.
• Monitor lead time during transit for multipick and multidrop shipments.
• Ensure drivers execute status procedures in the application (arrival, on the way, finished load/unload, POD).
• Ensure all fleet units have active and functioning GPS.
• Handle and verify complaints from shippers and coordinate resolution with relevant parties.
• Conduct routine coordination with the operations team to ensure Delivery Orders are returned on time from transporters.
• Monitor outstanding or overdue loading and unloading units and upscale when necessary.

This role involves monitoring and coordinating logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and loading of shipments. You will manage fleet tracking, verify driver compliance with operational procedures, handle shipper complaints, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth logistics flow.

Key responsibilities

Inform transporters to immediately input unit data that has not yet been entered

Ensure On Time Arrival (OTA), On Time Loading (OTL), On Time Delivery (OTD), and On Time Unloading (OTU) compliance with SLA

Monitor lead time during transit, including for multipick and multidrop shipments

Ensure drivers execute status procedures in the application (arrival, on the way, finished load/unload, POD)

Ensure all fleet units have active and functioning GPS

Handle and verify complaints from shippers and coordinate resolution with relevant parties

Conduct routine coordination with the operations team to ensure Delivery Orders (DO) are returned on time from transporters

Monitor outstanding or overdue loading and unloading units and upscale when necessary

About you

Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably from Transportation, Logistics, Management, or Engineering programs, or SMA education with Command Center/Control Tower experience

Minimum 1 year of work experience in logistics, transportation, or operations
