Job summary

Paxel Indonesia is seeking a Head of Middle Mile Operations to oversee and optimize line haul, hub operations, and cold chain logistics, strengthening and expanding the supply chain network. You will lead regional teams, drive performance, and collaborate across Supply Chain, Last Mile, and Procurement to deliver efficient, scalable operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a relevant field.
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale transportation or linehaul networks.
• Strong analytical and network planning skills.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (e-commerce or express logistics preferred).
• Passion for innovation, process improvement, and operational excellence.
