• Develop and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
• Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of delivery vehicles to ensure they are in safe and operational condition.
• Developing and managing budgets to ensure resources are allocated effectively and financial goals are met.
• Implementing strategies to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs without compromising service quality.
• Analyzing costs related to various business activities and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Process and manage delivery orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
• Validate order information, including product details, quantities, pricing, and delivery addresses.
• Coordinate with the merchandise inventory team to address stock shortages or delays, product availability, and allocate inventory.
• Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
