Responsabilités

• Manage and control daily transportation operations to ensure smooth, safe, and timely delivery.
• Develop operational plans covering fleet allocation, driver manpower, delivery schedules, and capacity based on customer requirements.
• Monitor fleet utilization, truck availability, delivery performance, and driver productivity to meet targets.
• Control transportation costs, fuel consumption, overtime, and subcontractor usage to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, transportation regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor driver discipline, vehicle readiness, P2H inspections, and fitness-for-duty requirements.
• Analyze operational issues and customer complaints, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain service quality.
• Prepare and review performance reports and KPI achievements; develop improvement plans for management.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the operational team to boost productivity and service performance.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardize processes, and digitalize to enhance transportation efficiency.

Assistant Manager Operational Transportation

Manage and control daily transportation operations to ensure smooth, safe, and timely delivery.

Develop operational plans covering fleet allocation, driver manpower, delivery schedules, and transportation capacity based on customer requirements.

Monitor fleet utilization, truck availability, delivery performance, and driver productivity to achieve operational targets.

Control transportation costs, fuel consumption, overtime, and subcontractor utilization to improve operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, transportation regulations, and occupational safety standards.

Monitor driver discipline, vehicle readiness, pre-operation vehicle inspections (P2H), and driver fitness-for-duty requirements.

Analyze operational issues, customer complaints, and recurring safety or quality problems, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and subcontractors to resolve operational issues and maintain service quality.

Prepare and review operational performance reports, KPI achievements, and improvement plans for management.

Lead, coach, and evaluate the operational team to improve productivity, accountability, and service performance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and digitalization to enhance transportation efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Transportation or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation or logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in fleet management, driver manpower planning, delivery scheduling, and transportation cost control.
• Good understanding of transportation safety, operational compliance, and customer service requirements.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting; experience with data visualization tools is an advantage.
