Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a General Manager to lead the Indonesia business from Jakarta, with full accountability for revenue, profitability and market expansion.

You will develop the country strategy, drive new business, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and build a high-performance team across commercial and operations.

This role requires a deeply commercial leader with 20+ years of experience, strong P&L oversight, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of professional experience with at least 10 years in a senior leadership position.
• Proven experience managing a P&L, business unit, country operation, or general management function.
• Strong background in business services, outsourcing, or HR-related industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Indonesia business with full accountability for revenue and profitability.
• Develop and execute the country business strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Drive new business acquisition and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Lead the sales organization to meet revenue and pipeline targets.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing commercial and operational team.
• Identify market opportunities and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.
