Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks an Operation Manager to lead the Bali production facility, overseeing water purification, bottling, warehouse, and logistics. You will drive production planning, shift allocation, and budget adherence while ensuring high-quality output and safety standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Chemical/Operations/Supply Chain or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years in manufacturing ops or factory management with 3+ years in leadership.
Experience in FMCG or high-volume beverage manufacturing preferred.
Strong knowledge of production planning and bottling processes.
Proven cost control, safety, and KPI monitoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing operations across purification, bottling, warehousing, and logistics.
Develop production schedules and shift plans to maximize productivity.
Monitor costs, energy use, waste, and process improvements.
Ensure safety, hygiene, and environmental compliance.
Coach and develop production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
