MatchaTalent, Bali-based producer of premium packaged drinking water, seeks an Operations Manager to lead the production facility, ensuring efficient plant performance, production continuity, and safe, sustainable operations. The role oversees water purification, bottling, warehouse, logistics, production planning, workforce supervision, and budgeting in a high-volume FMCG setting in Bali.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing operations, 3+ in leadership, strong English

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain).
Minimum 5 years in manufacturing operations with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
FMCG/food & beverage or high-volume manufacturing experience.
Strong knowledge of production planning, bottling, water treatment, and warehouse management.
Experience leading production teams, logistics, and cross-functional activities.
Good grasp of KPIs, inventory control, cost management, safety, hygiene, and efficiency.
Proficient in Excel and Word for reporting and analysis.
Professional English for business communication.

Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet targets, quality, safety, and efficiency.
Manage water purification, bottling lines, and multiple product formats.
Oversee maintenance, utilities, and equipment performance.
Supervise warehouse, inventory, and finished goods control.
Coordinate logistics, delivery scheduling, fleet use, and distribution planning.
Develop production schedules, manpower allocation, and shift planning.
Monitor costs, efficiency, waste reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure safety, hygiene, environmental compliance across operations.
Prepare operational reports, KPI analyses, and budget performance reviews.
Coach and develop production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
