Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with GPA ≥ 2.75.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Willing to work on a shift-based schedule.
• 12 months contract under Adecco.
• Strong Bahasa Indonesia communication; good written English.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist consumers and partners with product/service-related enquiries.
• Handle and resolve service enquiries and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor communication channels including call center, social media, and web enquiries.
• Gather customer and partner feedback and identify frontline issues for further improvement.
• Support market research, service quality audits, and other ad-hoc improvement initiatives.
• Perform administrative tasks related to partner accounts, including credit top-ups and information updates.
• Maintain positive relationships and contribute to community-building efforts.
